#Cauliflower #Mac #Cheese

Cauliflower Mac Cheese 


1 head of cauliflower 

Salt, to taste 

Pepper, to taste 

¼ container harsh cream (or Greek yogurt) 

½ container cheddar 

Parsley, hacked 


1.Cut cauliflower into little florets, around 4 containers. 

2.Add cauliflower florets into a huge pot of bubbling water and bubble for 5 minutes. 

3.Drain the cauliflower in a colander, and come back to the pot. Decrease warmth to low. 

4.Add in salt, pepper, and sharp cream and blend until altogether consolidated. 

5.Stir in cheddar until dissolved. 

6.Remove from warmth. Top with parsley.
