Prepared ENCHILADA CHICKEN 

Attempt this simple low carb formula, Baked Enchilada Chicken. Appreciate all the kind of chicken enchilada prepare without the carbs. Attempt prepared enchilada chicken today! 



Fixings 

2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken bosoms (I filet mine so they cook quicker yet you don't need to) 

(1) 10 oz. container of green stew enchilada sauce (I utilize Old El Paso) 

1/2 teaspoon bean stew powder 

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 

1/2 - 1 glass destroyed Monterrey Jack Cheese 

Guidelines 

Shower a 9x13 Pan with non stick splash. 

Spot chicken in the base. 

Season with garlic salt and stew powder. 

Pour the container of Green bean stew enchilada sauce over the chicken. 

Prepared at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through. 

Top with the destroyed cheddar and sear for a moment until cheddar is softened.
