Simple Chocolate Cake Formula

½ glass canola oil or vegetable oil 

2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate 

1 container bubbling water 

For the filling: 

3 containers overwhelming whipping cream 

1 container powdered sugar 

1 container brilliant Oreo treat scraps 

For Fixing: 

2 containers whipped cream
