Garlic Parmesan Baked Carrot Fries 


for 2 servings 

2 carrots 

1 tablespoon oil 

¼ glass parmesan cheddar (25 g) 

1 tablespoon garlic powder 

1 teaspoon pepper 

¼ glass new parsley, hacked (10 g) 

½ teaspoon salt 

Plunging SAUCE 

2 tablespoons greek yogurt 

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

½ teaspoon garlic salt 

1 teaspoon pepper 


Preheat broiler to 400°F (200˚C). 

Cut the finish and base off of carrots at that point cut them fifty-fifty, cut every half into thirds the long way. 

In a substantial bowl, blend fixings with carrot sticks. 

Spread on a heating sheet. 

Heat for 15-20 minutes (contingent upon how firm you need them). 

Combine elements for plunging sauce in a little bowl. 

Serve warm carrots with plunging sauce. Finished with Parmesan and parsley.
