Scotch Egg

4 medium hard-bubbled eggs, stripped

1 medium egg, beaten 

1 container Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) 

3 tablespoons olive oil 

For the sauce: 

2 tablespoons mayo 

1 tablespoon acrid cream 

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper sauce
